Tickets & hospitality

Tickets and hospitality tables for the Ghana @ 70 High Life Celebration will be sold through a third-party ticketing provider. That provider's own terms will govern the ticket sale itself; these terms cover your use of this website and your relationship with the event organisers.

Refunds & transfers

Refund and transfer policies will be set once a ticketing provider is confirmed, and will be published on the Tickets page and here before tickets go on sale.

Event changes

The organisers reserve the right to change the artist line-up, running order, venue or date if circumstances require it. Where possible, we will notify ticket holders in advance and in line with the ticketing provider's policies.

Photography, filming & consent

By attending the Ghana @ 70 High Life Celebration, guests acknowledge that photography, video and audio recording will take place throughout the event, including for a documentary and a digital cultural-legacy archive. Attendance constitutes consent to being included in this material, which the organisers may use in future promotion, press, and archival publication.

Intellectual property

All event content — branding, photography, video and the documentary produced from the celebration — is owned by West Night Publishing and its partners, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, save where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
